MEDS has a history of assisting in the development of projects from its inception. Beginning as a management company, MEDS found itself playing a larger role leading and coordinating the development teams of architects, legal, and consultants, sponsors and contractors in each area of participation. This role has been enhanced to offer full developer services for the owners/sponsors of developments by MEDS. Alabama, Ohio, and Maryland are the states where current projects are developed.
